In Togetherness... As we Move On!
The
new leaf has again blossomed
As Spring has spread its arms
Over
the bosom of life!
Many
a seasons have passed by
Under
the shaded caress of your warmth
While
I walked along the untrodden paths
Holding
your hand as you followed your dreams…
Tiny
little angels moved and paced slowly
Along
the same path, gazing, admiring – and shying…
Whilst
a generation grew as we watched.
Your
charming countenance had carried me away
Plunging
me into deeper emotional bondage
As
I grew from strength to strength and you looked in admiration!
Whenever
fear shrunk us to stress
We
held the blade of life so high
And
through God, forwarded the chariot
Though
the wind of hope.
Many
waters, many tides, many miles and many voices
Have
come along – calling and floating with the wind;
Leaving
the dust behind,
As
I behold life under your protective arm!
Sipping
into this nectar of love,
We’ve
opened doors for every gentle soul;
Our
garden blossoms into tranquillity
As
we see the angels and flowers charm to grace
In
beauty, from moment to moment – with age!
Sharing
a cup of tea as we see the dawn break and
Remember
the years that have crossed by…
The
motions of a fulfilling heart
Feel
at ease as we leave reasons behind!
We
watch o’er them and thank for the blessings bestowed –
How
great is God, how lovely they, like a gem uncut
Into
God’s vision we pray to keep us composed
In
His creative mind, the divinity surrounding us
As
we move on…!
